Recently, a state DOT’s inquired about warning signs for motorists driving the wrong way. This has been an issue that many public agencies face. The Texas Department of Transportation had some of the same issues and has taken the initiative on this issue, or rather the "bull by the horn." Jianming Ma of the Texas Department of Transportation has agreed to share this presentation with everyone as one of the best practices.
