Impact on Public Safety of Recent 4.9 GHz Ruling

Overview

This webinar features a conversation on how states are using the 4.9 GHz frequency. Speakers from several states detail their use of the spectrum, including how it directly impacts safety for the traveling public. 

The webinar also includes a discussion on impacts of the recent FCC ruling on the 4.9 GHz spectrum going forward. Speakers provide a brief history of the spectrum use and what the decision might mean to the DOTs who have existing 4.9 licenses and those who are planning on implementing 4.9 systems.
