This webinar will help attendees learn about how they can utilize CARMA software, and the TSMO use case scenarios that will be explored with this project. Learning Objectives: Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from CARMA engineers and developers about utilizing CARMA data and code for their AV research.

Elizabeth Birriel: Currently serving as the Leidos Operations Deputy Program Manager, Ms. Birriel has over 25 years of prior experience in the transportation industry working for the Florida Department of Transportation. She served as the Deputy State Traffic Operations Engineer managing the Florida ITS Program for 11 years. Program areas under her responsibility included the TSMO program and the 511 Travel Information Program.

Imran Inamdar Taylor Lochrane, Ph.D., P.E. : Technical Manager, Federal Highway Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation. Dr. Lochrane is the Technical Manager for the Cooperative Automation Research Program in the Office of Operations Research and Development located at Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center (TFHRC). He is currently leading a team of engineers developing the Cooperative Automation Research Mobility Applications (CARMA) platform which supports testing and evaluation of prototype Cooperative Automated Driving Systems (CADS).
