On June 18th - 19th, 2018 the National Operations Center of Excellence hosted the Performance-based Contracting peer exchange in Detroit, Michigan. In this peer exchange, the State DOTs discussed and shared the successes and challenges of executing a performance-based contract with a focus on Traffic Operations Centers and Freeway Service Patrols.
