NOCoE was launched in January 2015 at the TRB Annual Meeting and has provided hundreds of resources and services to the transportation industry since then. The resources are used by all 50 states, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, and many local and regional agencies. As NOCoE’s services have expanded, the website has been viewed over a million times and more than 40 states have contributed to its resources.

The National Operations Center of Excellence (NOCoE) - 10 Year Anniversary
NOCoE's 10th Anniversary was celebrated at the 2025 TRB Annual Meeting in Washington D.C. Many gathered to honor our students, reminisce about past collaborations, and talk about what's new for NOCoE going forward.
