Starting February 1, the Transportation Research Board will have a new executive director. Neil Pedersen, who spent much of his career at the Maryland State Highway Administration and most recently with TRB’s SHRP 2 program, will follow Robert Skinner’s long tenure in the position. During TRB’s annual meeting in Washington, DC, Bernie Wagenblast spoke with Pedersen.
