TSMO Program Plan Development Roundtable, Part 2

On January 31, FHWA, AASHTO, and NOCoE held a Part 2 of the TSMO Program Plan Development Roundtable. Agencies spoke on issues encountered as they developed and used their plans to facilitate the integration and mainstreaming of TSMO within their agency.
