Overview
In December 2015 traffic incident management (TIM) leaders joined together in Phoenix, Arizona for a multi-state summit to discuss common challenges and shared visions. The result transcended this written summary of the meeting by forging new relationships and strengthening old ones. The result of the summit was renewed dedication towards collaboration through sustained effective communication.
