The Ohio Department of Transportation TSMO Plan is a comprehensive document comprising of 186 pages in plan, 7 TSMO Briefs, 15 Steps Annual action plan, 14 immediate recommended actions, 20 TSMO function CMM Analyses. A summary of the overall strategic outcomes comprises of 7 goals, 32 objectives, 10 program measures, 30+ policy recommend, 50+ performance measures.
The Integration of TSMO was through the development of the New Ohio TIM Manual, New office of Traffic Management, update of project initiation package(PIP) & Project development package PDP, update of support documents, Resource Catalog, Communication Toolkit,
In terms of Collaboration, 175+ ODOT personnel were involved, 20 person steering committee, 13 coordinator positions, 10 persons TSMO Council,
The Communication of TSMO was done through 30+ internal group interviews, 3 exchange partner meetings, 4 Dept. Wide Workshops, 1 day coordinator training, 6 conferences presented at, 2 presentations for partners, 1 TSMO Video, 13 1-page topic-specific handouts.
