The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) has released a 2014 update of the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Benefits, Costs, and Lessons Learned Report, along with a series of accompanying fact sheets. The report is based on three related Web-based databases, known collectively as the ITS Knowledge Resources. The ITS Joint Program Office's evaluation program developed the Knowledge Resources to support informed decision making regarding ITS investments by tracking the effectiveness of deployed ITS.
