NOCoE and AASHTOs Committee on Transportation System Management (CTSO) are hosting a webinar series on the Transportation Operations Manual (TOM).
This series will start with three webinars on the TOM, how it can be used, emerging trends and practices, and upcoming resources to support the TOM.
On March 7, State DOT leaders will discuss the purpose and overview of the manual and how their agency is benefitting from its use. We'll also hear about strategies to incorporate TSMO into agencies by using the TOM.
